Merci de compléter ce formulaire en ligne pour le baptême d'un enfant dans la paroisse de Méru-les-Sablons.

Les informations qui sont demandées sont nécessaires à la préparation du baptême : merci de les renseigner avec exactitude (notamment concernant le parrain et la marraine souhaités).

Attention, cette inscription en ligne ne valide pas la demande de baptême.

Le baptême ne sera vraiment validé qu'une fois que vous serez passé à l'Accueil paroissial, et aurez vu avec les équipes. Merci.

Vous devez participer à 3 rencontres pour préparer le baptême de votre enfant (séances A, B et C) en vous inscrivant aux 3 séances :
- séance A (salle paroissiale 31 rue Voltaire à Méru),
- séance B (salle paroissiale 31 rue Voltaire à Méru),
- séance C (à l'église de Méru).

Pour valider votre demande :

Venez à la Permanence d’accueil à la Maison paroissiale de Méru (3 impasse du Docteur Boignard, Méru) :
– le vendredi, de 10h à 12h,
– le samedi, de 10h à 12h.
