Vous désirez faire baptiser votre enfant et nous nous en réjouissons. Veuillez renseigner les informations demandées. Merci de bien indiquer le lieu de naissance de votre enfant ainsi que votre adresse postale. D'autres questions peuvent ne pas être complétées immédiatement (comme par exemple les noms et prénoms des parrain marraine s'ils ne sont pas encore fixés) et vous pourrez poser vos questions en venant finaliser l’inscription à une des permanences d’accueil:

La maison paroissiale de Cérans-Foulletourte, le samedi de 10h à 12h.

A la permanence, il vous sera également demandé de fournir un acte de naissance de votre enfant, les dates et lieux de baptême du parrain et de la marraine et l'offrande pour le baptême.
