Administrative application for baptism

Bonjour,

Vous allez déposer votre demande de baptême en ligne.

Les baptêmes dans les villages ont lieu le samedi (11h, 14h30 ou 16h30) et uniquement à Chaumont-en-Vexin le dimanche au terme de la messe dominicale, soit à 12h00.

A réception de votre demande en ligne complétée, nous pourrons enregistrer votre demande et nous prendrons contact avec vous pour convenir ensemble d'une date pour le baptême en fonction de vos souhaits mais surtout des disponibilités de l'église et d'un célébrant aux date et horaire choisis.

La date du baptême souhaitée n'est donc qu'indicative, car la date définitive et ferme ne sera fixée qu'ensemble en fonction du calendrier paroissial.

Il vous sera demandé par la suite la copie de l'acte de naissance de votre enfant ainsi que les certificats de baptême des parrain et marraine (qui doivent obligatoirement être baptisés et âgés de plus de 16 ans).
