Bonjour,
Vous souhaitez faire la demande d'une préparation au sacrement du baptême au sein de notre paroisse Ste Catherine du petit-port.
Pour préparer la rencontre et avancer dans les démarches administratives, merci de remplir un maximum ce formulaire.
Venez ensuite rencontrer l'équipe de préparation lors d'un accueil à la maison paroissiale. Ce sera l'occasion de choisir une date de formation et finaliser le dossier administratif.

L’accueil a lieu un samedi par mois de 10h à 11h15 à la maison paroissiale au 50 rue des Renards les jours suivants:
